Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to Globeepet websites, beta links, app experiences, communications, and related services provided by Globeepet LLC.

1. Acceptance

By using Globeepet, visiting our website, joining the beta, making a purchase, or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases.

2. Beta product

Globeepet is an evolving product. Features, gameplay balance, availability, rewards, visuals, pricing, beta access, and launch timelines may change, pause, or end as the product develops.

3. Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for your account activity and for providing accurate information. You may not misuse Globeepet, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the service in a way that harms the community.

4. User content

If you submit usernames, pet names, business names, logos, descriptions, feedback, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it. You grant Globeepet permission to use submitted content to operate, display, improve, promote, and support the service, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase terms.

5. Purchases and payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another approved provider. Purchase terms, refund eligibility, subscriptions, beta limitations, and Founding Circle recognition may be governed by additional terms shown at checkout or in the applicable program agreement.

6. Founding Circle

Founding Circle purchases are governed by the separate Founding Circle Member Agreement. Those benefits are recognition-based and do not provide equity, ownership, investment rights, exclusivity, or guaranteed future partnerships unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

Globeepet names, logos, designs, software, graphics, characters, game systems, content, and materials are owned by Globeepet LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers

Globeepet is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific gameplay outcomes, continued beta availability, future features, or any specific charitable, community, or commercial result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globeepet LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Globeepet or reliance on website or app content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use as Globeepet evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
