Globeepet Founding Circle Member Agreement

These terms apply to paid reservations in the Globeepet Founding Circle. They are intended to clearly describe what members receive, what Globeepet may change, and what is not guaranteed.

1. Founding Circle reservation

A Founding Circle payment reserves recognition in the pre-launch Globeepet founding class at the tier purchased. Founding status is limited and is separate from any future advertising, sponsorship, investment, affiliate, reseller, employment, or equity relationship.

2. Tier benefits

Benefits vary by tier and may include permanent Founders Wall recognition, a numbered branded agreement, a signed certificate, founding designation, founder updates, Premium Membership access for eligible personal tiers, community access, Founder Q&A events, website recognition, prospectus recognition, staff beta access, press release inclusion, sponsor spotlight content, launch campaign recognition, impact integrations, cause initiatives, charity nominations, digital badges, or priority consideration for future Globeepet opportunities.

Globeepet may adjust exact display layouts, timing, formatting, placement, sizing, and presentation across the website, app, certificates, emails, and future materials.

Personal Founder tiers include Premium Membership only as expressly listed for the purchased tier. Business Founding Circle and Business Impact Partner tiers do not include Globeepet app Premium Membership unless expressly added in a separate signed written agreement.

3. Priority consideration

Priority consideration means Globeepet may review eligible Founding Circle members before broader outreach for select future partnership, launch, community impact, recognition, or campaign opportunities.

Priority consideration does not guarantee selection, exclusivity, category ownership, future commercial rights, revenue share, funding decisions, media placement, launch placement, or any future partnership unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Impact integrations and cause initiatives

Certain Business Impact Partner tiers may include impact integrations, cause initiatives, co-branded awareness efforts, or charity partnership collaboration. These benefits do not guarantee a specific donation amount, recipient, campaign date, product feature, endorsement, or partnership unless separately agreed in writing.

Certain Personal Founder tiers may include charity nominations. A charity nomination is a suggestion submitted for Globeepet review only. It does not guarantee that Globeepet will donate to, select, feature, contact, partner with, endorse, promote, or publicly reference any nominated organization.

5. Business Impact Partner benefits

Community Sponsors, Founding Corporate Partners, Founding Benefactors, and the Global Founding Sponsor receive business recognition benefits according to the purchased or signed tier. Benefits may include website placement, prospectus placement, Founders Wall placement, sponsor badges, social announcements, spotlight articles, press release inclusion, launch campaign recognition, approved impact integrations, advisory access, and historical archive recognition.

Impact integration naming, creative direction, mechanics, placement, duration, campaign timing, and availability are determined by Globeepet based on product readiness, community fit, operational capacity, legal compliance, and brand safety.

Any sponsor-selected cause initiative, nonprofit reference, or charity partnership concept is subject to Globeepet approval, nonprofit eligibility, legal compliance, payment feasibility, operational capacity, and mission alignment. Globeepet may decline or request an alternative organization if a nominated organization is ineligible, inactive, controversial, noncompliant, inconsistent with the Globeepet mission, or otherwise unsuitable.

6. Name, logo, badge, and content approval

Members grant Globeepet permission to use submitted names, logos, marks, links, and submitted descriptions for Founding Circle recognition and related program materials. Members confirm they have the rights needed to provide those materials. Any Globeepet badge, seal, or designation may be used only under Globeepet's brand guidelines and may not imply endorsement, investment, exclusivity, or a broader partnership unless separately agreed in writing.

Globeepet may decline, edit, remove, or request replacement materials that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringing, low quality, or inconsistent with the Globeepet mission.

7. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment processor. All Founding Circle, Business Founding Circle, Business Impact Partner, and Personal Founder payments are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including because Globeepet begins reserving limited recognition inventory, preparing onboarding, allocating tier capacity, and preparing recognition materials after purchase. No refunds, credits, chargeback concessions, substitutions, or transfers are promised or owed unless required by law or expressly approved by Globeepet in a separate signed writing.

8. No equity or investment rights

Founding Circle membership does not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, securities, profit participation, governance rights, or investment rights in Globeepet.

No purchase guarantees any future feature, launch date, app availability period, user growth, revenue, charitable impact, donation amount, media coverage, commercial opportunity, employment, advisory role, sponsorship, partnership, exclusivity, category ownership, or specific placement unless expressly stated in a separate signed written agreement.

9. Transferability

Founding Circle positions are not transferable without Globeepet's written approval. Globeepet may approve reasonable business name changes, logo updates, or contact changes after review.

10. Program changes

Globeepet is a pre-launch product. Features, timelines, community programs, recognition surfaces, and Founders Wall designs may change as the product develops.
